I've suffered from sinus issues for many years and every thing that I tried never fully worked for me resulting in years of agonizing pain. I live in NYC and frequently have sinus trouble in cold weather when I have to sleep by a furnace heater. I was looking for something for my sinuses that didn't require me to take pills or capsules. These upset my stomach. I'm glad I was able to find an alternative- the oral liquid, which in my opinion, is more effective. This product helps tremendously, not a cure, but helps in today's environment.

This product is excellent allergy season

I needed nasal congestion relief but I didn't want to keep using nasal spray. I was skeptical but read the reviews so I decided to give it a try. It works! Almost instantly I was able to breathe. The drops didn't taste like anything so that's a plus.

I dont know if its the sinus max strength that stops the annoying PND. It just stops and the good thing is its very handy. Its 5 star !
