While we are committed to the safety and the health of our employees, we are also doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules however we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday however due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order.

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. All shipping carriers are unfortunately delayed by high volume and severe weather conditions which may impact your delivery. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds are not being issued for delays in shipping during this time. We thank you for your understanding.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

*FREE USPS Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) on orders within the continental USA where the product total is over $49.00 (Does NOT include weekend delivery or international shipping).

    When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. You can also contact us at

    Note: USPS orders will be shipped out same day if placed before 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time. All other orders will ship out the following business day.     Do you ship to my country?

    We offer shipping on online purchases to U.S. only at this time. We do not ship outside the United States due to additional taxes and fees imposed by customs.

    How do I return an item(s) purchased directly from Forces of Nature?
    Simply return the bottle(s) in a plastic bag to prevent any leakage if opened. Include your order number and a note explaining the reason for the return. 
    *Refunds are limited to three bottles

    How do I return an item(s) purchased from a store or an online retailer?
    If you purchased our product from a retail store or online retailer, please contact the store directly for their return policy. Returns received from retail stores or online retailers require a receipt and are subject to a check refund only. Simply return the bottle(s) in a plastic bag to prevent any leakage along with a copy of the receipt/invoice*. Include your full name, address, phone number and email address explaining the reason of return.

    What if I can't find my receipt?
    You are required to have a receipt in order to obtain a refund.

    Can I exchange my item(s) for a different one?
    Yes, as long as you purchased an item(s) from us, you can exchange the unopened bottle(s) along with your order number for another product of that same size bottle.
    *If the product is exchanged, there will be no future refund for transaction offered.
    *Exchanges are limited to three bottles

    Can I return item(s) from a BOGO offer?
    If both items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount can be refunded. If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned, the cost of the original amount will be split equally between the two items.

    Can I return item(s) from clearance?
    All sales are final on clearance items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.

    Where do I send my return?

    Are there any return shipping fees?
    All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.

    When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds will be processed within 30 days from receipt of your package; however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. Returns received within 60 days of the order date will be credited back in original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. Returns received after 60 days of the order date are subject to check refund only.

    How do I return a broken or defective item(s)?
