How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

*FREE USPS Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days) on orders within the continental USA where the product total is over $39.00 (Does NOT include weekend delivery or international shipping).

    When will my order ship?

    Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track the status of your order.     Note: USPS orders will be shipped out same day if placed before 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time. All other orders will ship out the following business day.     Do you ship to my country?

    We offer shipping on online purchases to U.S. and Canada only at this time. We do not ship outside the United States due to additional taxes and fees imposed by customs.

This means you have one year from the date of purchase to process your refund. Simply return the used bottle with receipt for a prompt refund of your purchase*

    How do I return an item purchased directly from Forces of Nature?

    Return the product in a plastic bag to prevent any leakage. Include a copy of the original invoice* and a note explaining the reason of return and how you would like us to handle the refund. We do not refund original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping costs.

    How do I return an item purchased from a store or an online retailer?


    If you purchased the product from a retail store or online retailer, please contact the store directly for their return policy. If the seller does not cooperate with you, then you may obtain a refund from Forces of Nature directly. 

    In order to obtain a refund from Forces of Nature, you will need to ship the product back to Forces of Nature to the address listed below with a copy of the receipt/invoice* you received with your order. If the product has any liquid inside, we ask that you please place this item inside a bag to prevent any leakage. Include a note with your full name, address, phone number and email address explaining the reason of return. Customer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping costs.

    Returns received form retail stores or other online retailers are subject to a check refund only. Please note your refund will be processed for mail within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return. If you do not have your receipt you will be issued an Exchange only for any item of the same size bottle. If product is exchanged, there will be no future refund for transaction as products differ in pricing.

    What if I can't find my receipt?

    Exchanges only of same size bottle of any product will be available, if you do not have your receipt.

    You are required to have a receipt* in order to obtain a refund.

    I've returned my product(s), when will I receive my refund?

    Your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

    Note: Refund requests received within 60 days of the order date will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal account, but refunds requested after 60 days will need to be issued by check.

    Can I exchange my product for a different one?

    Yes, as long as you have a product from Forces of Nature you can exchange for any other product of your choice of the same size bottle. Make sure to include your original invoice/receipt* and a note which states what product you would like in exchange. Also, this note needs to include a shipping address and contact information in case we have any questions.

    *Exchanges valid with or without original receipt for any product of your choice. If product is exchanged, there will be no future refund for transaction as products differ in pricing.

    Damaged Items

    When you receive your items, please inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-877-975-3797, or send an email to [email protected]
