Unfortunately, our eCommerce store is unable to accept items purchased through other stores as returns. We recommend you contact them directly for their return policy. Please note, due to the nature of Amazon, we do not accept Amazon returns. We recommend you process the return request directly through the Amazon Seller you purchased from.
Please note we do not issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered by USPS. USPS has had a spike in marking packages as “delivered” only to deliver the package a day or two later. If you still do not receive your package after 5 days from the confirmed delivered date, please contact us and we will send you a replacement. We recommend you file a claim directly with USPS if you would like a refund.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning items.
Refunds are processed within 30 days from receipt of your package delivered to Forces of Nature. Returns will be credited back in the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. We do not accept returns past 90 days from date of purchase, any items received after 90 days of purchase will be disposed of.
We will send a replacement for any damaged or defective item, not issue a refund. Send us an email along with a picture of the damaged or defective item to email@example.com. All requests must be authorized by our Customer Care team. The item must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
