The potency, sting, and taste of this rollerball is INTENSE, but it also is super effective because of that! I've been using it morning and night for the past week, and it's already made such a difference. Will definitely be a repeat buyer and hope that this product is never discontinued! I’ve been using H Balm as more of a preventative aid over the last year. First sign of inflammation, or you get that tingly feeling, rub this on a few times a day and it’s cut my flares up down significantly. Haven’t had a severe flare up since using this product, I’m a lifelong supporter now.

It numbs the area well and takes away any pain. Any OTC creams are not cruelty free and I love that this is. I apply it to my finger and then put on the affected area.

I get cold sores on my tushy. Take meds and rub this oil on one and it disappears in days.

As soon as we feel a cold sore coming on, we start applying this and it shortens their duration! We’ve made multiple purchases and our household will never be without this!

It doesn’t necessarily shorten the duration of the outbreak, but it makes it more tolerable.

I enjoy using ther products. I would recommend. I wish they would go back to selling the larger size.

this is the only thing thats helps ... and I tried a lot ! unfort it is very difficult to have it hear in Germany as you dont deliver here anymore... so I need to find someone coming fm US by plane and brings them... that was much better then in the past when we received it (I think) fm Tschech ??

It didn’t help much with stopping an outbreak of a cold sore on my lip as I had hoped. I think a good tea tree oil has shown the best results and I have been dealing with cold sores pretty much my entire life.

I’m sure this is an incredible product because the ingredients in it are exceptional. It just did not work for me personally, it made everything worse but that’s just my review and people should still try it because everyone’s body is different and for someone else it may work amazingly.

This is the only product that I have found that works when my toes turn up and stay that way or turn down and stay that way - very painful. When I rolled the balm over the top of the toes, it worked. The toes straighten shortly after.

I have used this product for couple of years now, and I will continue to use it continuously. It is very good during the predromal stage, and gives relief if you already have a flare up.

I have been using H-Balm for years and I am SO grateful for this stuff!! It really works, like nothing else. As soon as I feel the tingle, I put it on and sometimes it stops the outbreak altogether; if I am not quite fast enough, it will heal a sore within a couple of days. It also stops the itch. Smells nice, absorbs well, and you can feel it working. I even have a compromised immune system and still get awesome results. Just as effective at healing as Valtrex, if not more, and the combo is outstanding. Please never stop making this medicine!! 11 out of 10.
