I've suffered from horrible coldsore outbreaks most of my life. H-Balm is the ONLY thing I've found that actually works & I love that its all natural. If I can get it on as soon as I feel the tingle of a sore coming on - it stops it from forming all together. I had one this week that I didn't get to fast enough but it dried up and is almost completely gone in 3 days compared to my usual 2-3 weeks healing time. I found H balm extra strength at my local food co-op and this product is hands down the best treatment for cold sores I have EVER used! I've gotten severe outbreaks since I was a kid and have tried everything from OTC topical medications to strong pharmaceutical prescriptions and H BALM has been a life saver! I wish I had found it sooner. This really helps me when the itching flares up, it also helps to ease my tension. There used to be different versions for daily control or extra-strength and also you could buy big bottles. I hope this new version is strong enough for me, I generally needed to use the extra strength. Also it smells awesome, people ask me what smells so good after I have applied it.

I have been using this product for many years and it really works well! I recently purchased the roller ball container and it leaks everywhere. It's almost half gone and I just received it a week ago! Not sure why it keeps leaking- the cap is on tight.

I started using this years ago and I never found anything before or since that worked so well. For a while they were not making the 11M size in Extra Strength available and I didn't want the roll on so I don't know if its as effective but I remember the first time I ever used it it was when they offered a lighter strength which did nothing. Now, when I noticed the option of the larger size--without the rollerball and Extra Strength that was what I wanted and it is on its way to me and I am thrilled!!
